Kevin was super helpful explaining how the system works and helping me with the difference between keypads. He helped me figure out what was in use currently with my facility and got me set up with compatible keypads. He was super helpful in coordinating with my mistake ordering the wrong keypads, getting everything fixed and coordinating with the shipping department to make sure everything arrived on time.
