It would be 5 out of 5 but I travel on a motorcycle and don't care for the gravel roads in the resort. Other than that its a great place to vacation.
I did not stay at the resort. I rented a kayak and kayaked up the river. The water was cold, clear and full of fish. We saw dozens of fishermen and witnessed numerous catches. One fish was a 17" rainbow trout. The river was flowing at a low rate because Beaver lake reservoir was not releasing water that day. It was however, flowing fast enough that when our return trip went much faster. It was an excellent day and the scenery was beautiful.
