I scheduled a bi-weekly clean with this company. I was told they didn’t need to come a do a walkthrough because I was scheduled for bi-weekly and that they would just come and clean. They showed up and said it was too dirty to clean and that I wouldn’t be happy with what she could do in 3 hours. I asked if she can in that time, since she was here, and schedule something else for next time. She said no it needed a deep clean and that she wouldn’t clean anything. Had requested a cleaning for my parents house, wasn't sure if it should have been a deep clean or standard so I just booked for standard. Turns out it was more of a deep clean -- Robin was totally flexible and didn't even bat an eye at the mess. They were thorough and efficient, great value. Very kind and empathetic to my situation.
