Good sales, bad installation Good sales experience. Horrible installation experience. Got a good deal but if you plan to have them install appliances, you might want to reconsider. Installers brought 4 of the 5 appliances to put in, we were never told the 5th hadn't arrived. Microwave was leaning forward, they did not plug in stove/oven so we had to pull it back out. The plumber that Spichers was supposed to send, did not show. Came the next day but told us they couldn't get out dishwasher without removing parts of the floor... read more
