Great Service Rep. No sales pressure.
One star is to high for the contractor. Once they install whatever you ordered good luck having someone answer the phone or even calling you back when you have a problem or a question. My problem was brought to there attention back in Sept/Oct 2015 and now it's Feb 2016 and this problem is still on going. They will make BIG promises but will never deliver. Had an Aspen sales guy come to give a quote on a replacement front door and window. The sales pitch was more about their good ratings on Angie's list and others. Little about the products they install. The sales person had very little knowledge about construction overall. In addition to Aspen, I had four contractors come in and give me quotes. Don't go there! Yes they offer a lifetime warranty, but good luck getting someone to handle it. If you call in they always tell you it isn't their department, call back. Also they offer promotions, $50 gift cards for dining which they do not send. Also offering $ for advertising their signs in your yard after installation, but they do not pay those either. Owners are arrogant and will look for any reason not to honor their guarantees! STAY AWAY!
