You never want to hear “sorry your tankless water heaters (plural) did not withstand the low temps experienced by HSB” I even had water collecting in the electrical outlets. I had to replace two heaters … my builder put the tankless heaters on the exterior of my home and they are not built to withstand freezing temps. Price to fix a simple sprinkler system break was outrageous. A job that required less than $10 worth of parts and required less than 15 minutes cost $275. Plummer showed up with no repair parts and had to go to Home Depot twice to get the repair parts.
