I called this morning with a busted water heater and they were out within a couple of hours with the water heater. They did a great job on the installation and were nice and neat with the clean up. I couldn't be happier with their service. I will definitely use them again! I picked Spicewood Plumbing because they were local and I made the right choice!

Josh and Trevor were great. Respectful and great communication. Doing a total master bath renovation with moving shower, toilet and vanities. Prompt and thorough. Very satisfied with Spicewood Plumbing.

We had an emergency sewer drain issue. We would rate Josh a 10/10! Spicewood Plumbing also gets a 10/10 for their quick response and outstanding customer service. What could have been a nightmare was anything but. Josh quickly identified the problem, solved it efficiently, and even provided helpful insight into how to prevent future issues. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we’ll be requesting him for our yearly maintenance. Thank you, Josh!

Rheem water heater removed and replaced after less than one year of service. Rheem was difficult to deal with and Spicewood Plumbing provided support throughout the process. Installation of new water heater was timely and professional. Although Rheem warranty covered replacement of the water heater and labor to install it, I had to pay labor up front and file a claim with Rheem for reimbursement after 6 -10 weeks for processing. Bottom line, Spicewood Plumbing was great and Rheem was not.
