You never want to hear “sorry your tankless water heaters (plural) did not withstand the low temps experienced by HSB” I even had water collecting in the electrical outlets. I had to replace two heaters … my builder put the tankless heaters on the exterior of my home and they are not built to withstand freezing temps. Spicewood Plumbing did a phenomenal job helping us unclog a very stubborn drain. Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. He explained what was going on, took care of the issue efficiently, and the pricing was very fair. The customer service alone sets them apart.
