Ok you can park in front of the gate, and wait till they open at 6. Walk up to the will call door right through the gate you can’t miss it. Check in was easy and friendly, but of course other drivers park wherever including in front of the gate!! Oh don’t drive in, walk so you’re not in the way. Leave paperwork in the trailer and when I got here they started unloading me 5 minutes after I got to my door. Typical CA BS. Appointment times with parking anywhere near and hours long variables of traffic. Don’t be early, don’t be late. Then left with an entire truckload of trash. Guess they didn’t want that part of the load so it’s my job to clean it up. …also, checking was poorly dictated. Pull up to gate says “no trucks” park and walk to security shack (that’s empty) Then walk to will call as you are ignored to multiple workers and if you’re unloading in building one then just move your truck to illegally park in a fire lane to ... read more
For 8:30am appointment checked in7am got the door right away unloaded in 45 minutes. Little tight place entrance from Burke st. Overnight parking on the street with no parking sign. No restroom.
The night stood on the street under the "No parking" road sign. Very small parking space with a 53' trailer. They unloaded 6 pallets in 45 minutes. They lost a copy of the documents for the driver, then they found and gave me the unsigned papers. When I asked for a signature, the unloading man cynically signed on a plastic cover for documents. To get a delivery signature, I had to go to the office twice, and then again to the warehouse.Below I attach a photo with the employee's signature on the plastic cover.
