Worst place of business I have ever seen! Customer service sucks, they actually think you don’t know anything and will lie to your face and tell you that they had to replace parts because your boat might catch fire, scare tactics! In reality there mechanics don’t know how to fix the problem, so they just replace parts until it’s solved, its not totally the mechanics fault the are not certified. I brought my boat in because it sputtered at high speed, I have a 2000 merc 115, they took them 9 business days to fix the problem w... read more
