UPDATE: Spoke with the general manager of Spicer Greene Jewelers who explained the situation thusly--SGJ is not a Breitling boutique and consequently is at the lowest level of priority for watch replacements. At the same time SGJ is working with a new Breitling representative who needed to be brought up to speed with the happenings of the last six months.
