Went here off of a referral. These people not only have great customer service but the are honest and reasonably priced. They were not trying to sell me anything that I did not need. I would trust them with any of our cars from here on out as long as we are in Texas. Thank you for taking care of my truck.
We had a car towed with Spicer's towing service and not only did they over-charge for the service, they also charged us a $50 "notification fee". This fee was absurd because our car was towed without our knowledge and Spicer's NEVER notified us. So having this fee is ridiculous. We even have phone records that we called them to see if our car was there, not them calling us and they still charged us. I will never recommend them or use their services again.
