Chef Katie and her team were an absolute joy to work with for a private family event I hosted on Isle of Palms in early October. I’m so glad I found her back in June and booked her right away! She worked closely with me to create a traditional and delicious Low Country Boil that also accommodated several dietary restrictions — and everything came out perfect. Katie cooked a special dinner for my wife's birthday - everything was amazing. She is creative, personable and talented. Everyone enjoyed the meal and we would highly recommend Katie and her team to anyone considering a private chef for that special occasion.
Chef Katie was so patient and generous with options in helping us design a dinner gathering and cooking class for our team retreat. Starting with beautiful grazing and mezze boards, followed by a remarkable 2 hours of instruction, conversation, laughter, salad, dinner and dessert, ending with a full clean-up, recommendations for the remainder of our stay in Charleston and goodbyes. Chef Katie gave us an unforgettable experience with her exceptional cooking demo! She combined incredible culinary skills with clear explanations, making the session both fun and educational for the whole family. The dishes were absolutely delicious, and we can’t wait to book them again! It was seriously the best paella I’ve ever had. She was also very accommodating with all food allergies.
