I ate this company's food at a family funeral. I have had better food in airport lounges. Super basic wraps and retirement home-level brownies. It was appalling.

I used this vendor for the first time in 2018 for our rehearsal dinner. We knew nothing about them, but got a very good recommendation from someone we trusted. The food, communication, and service were all on point! Our guests raved about the chimmichuri steak and the staff were great. When planning my birthday party this year I knew I wanted Spice3 to be the caterer. The sandwich we received in our box lunches was beyond basic. It was gross. The meat looked and tasted like it was from a discount bulk pack of lunch meat. The description advertised was "w/ sharp cheddar, smoked pimento aioli, lettuce & tomato on a pretzel roll". The sandwich was on burger bun! Absolutely not a pretzel roll. Everyone at work complained about how bad the sandwiches were. Very disappointed.
