Staff was very professional and kind. Hygiene is on a very high level too. Even though I came for brazilian and leg waxing, I didn’t feel pain and it took 15 mins. I’m definitely going back there again.

Got eyebrow henna. Took 40 mins instead of 20, but after many iterations of corrections, still turned out uneven and blotchy. There was no measurement for proportions, I was not asked what kind of brows I wanted, and there was no skin prep. She freestyled, and no, open creativity on a client is not recommended. Edit: It seems the owner has responded and is more focused on why I decided to leave a review now than the other aspects. I had to tell the waxers to tie her hair up after she put wax on me because it was touching my crotch. I don’t think she even used a hair elastic but a rubber band. She seemed confused at the time too. It was very odd. I did call them multiple times about my reaction and was told someone would get back to me but no one did. I can’t say enough good things about Spice Wax Bar. I’ve been to a few different places to get eyebrow waxing/threading/tinting and haven't had the best experiences so I decided to try out Spice. I’ve been three times and every time they’ve wow’d me with a job well done and the most amazing customer service. Thank you so much!
