Welcome! We are located at 22725 Washington St in downtown Leonardtown. Join us for Barra, Yoga, Pilates, Strength & Cardio group fitness classes. Pilates Reformer trainings also available. Please sign up for all group fitness classes through Mind Body. Love the environment and the variety of classes!!
The staff was very welcoming and the woman at the front even knew my name when I walked in and showed me to the class. The instructor did a great job with the class and the movements were challenging but not unbearable. The studio was also very clean and well decorated, and the parking lot in the back is convenient to use.
I am obsessed and absolutely love SPICE! I have been going for a couple of weeks now, have tried different classes and instructors. I have my favorite of course but, they all have been amazing. The classes kick my butt but they are so much fun at the same time. I am excited to go and feel great coming out of class. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, there is nothing but great things to say about this place. I highly recommend SPICE to everyone.
Marys class is wonderful. She helps me every step of the way!
