Had the food from food truck. Their tandoori chicken is spot-on and matches the Indian flavour. Very tasty. Bit expensive for takeaway but I guess it's normal in Fairbanks.
They were super friendly, loved the butter chicken and the little side salad! Can’t wait until they have naan and samosas again, I’ll be back!!
****REVIEW ON FOOD TRUCK**** Stumbled upon the Spice It Up food truck while exploring Fairbanks. The owner is so kind and personable. We ordered a combo plate, and it was absolutely amazing. The butter chicken is the best butter chicken I’ve ever tasted.The flavors of his food are incredible This is a must try!
Location must have changed because neither google maps nor their website led to a restaurant. We ended up in an industrial area.
Absolutely great! Reminds me of Crete...it's that good!
