Had a unfortunate indicident where I needed a tow and progressive was able to connect me with this company and it was a great and seamless experience. The coordination between Spice Island,Progressives app, and my discretion was very user friendly. Moreover, Malik was the driver that helped through out the whole process. Didnt have the key and car was stuck in neutral and they had every solution to the problem. Dropped off the car in a timely fashion and Malik was very diligent, knowledgable, and respectful young man.
Wouldn’t be right if I didn’t leave a review. ONLY shop in south FL that answered the phone late at night and had my car towed to their shop. Had a couple issues with the car but they got it done. My new goto mechanics. Family owned, great work
I had a great experience with this mechanic. The service was fast, professional, and very reliable. They came out to my location right away and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, which allowed me to safely get back home. I really appreciated their responsiveness and efficiency. Highly recommended!
If it wasn’t for this shop, I don’t think I would have been able to keep my car as I would have to get rid of her long time ago. My mechanic Sheldon is very experience in fixing all kind of vehicles even my Maserati Ghibli. I’m so grateful for his establishment as he work with me when I need repairs Spice Island Auto is the best!
Was stuck on the side of the road and after trying to call multiple mobile mechanics, Nicole, Noelle, and Sheldon were so willing to come and help me out at 10 PM. They showed up within 10 minutes, and resolved my issue within another 10. Very sweet people, great customer service, and great communication.
