The last 2 times I went in there was only 1 person working. The last time I went in was on the 23rd of August. I have been dealing with folliculitis in a very uncomfortable spot since then. She was pretty rough on me. Not one of the girls that is the best at it. Not sure what is happening. Called multiple times to book, never answered, didn't call back. Went in, was told 15 minutes, payed for parking, waited 20 minutes and the woman totally forgot I was waiting and let someone else ahead of me (then lied that the lady had an appointment). Not happy. Been going here for years and the regular girls weren't there. Finding a new spot from now on.
