The first time they did lots of extras (like cleaned my patio door windows, sweeping the pantry and wiped cabinets). After that they gave less attention to details. I asked them to do some of the same details on the third visit, since I thought they may have just missed them on the second visit. I received an extra $50 charge for wiping my cabinets. They took the charge off. I learned that it's vacuuming, mopping, wiping the counters and doing the bathrooms. I was okay as long as I knew what I was getting for the price.... read more
