The owner, Otis, was a client of ours last year. We maintained his lawn the entire season WITHOUT PAY! He gave us the run around and excuse after excuse of why he couldn’t pay. With him being a business owner as well, I would THINK he would figure something out or even offer HIS services to compensate for ours! Very unprofessional and not used to dealing with an individual like this when doing business. Till this day, he STILL owes us almost a thousand dollars! 😠

My son purchased a vehicle from this business and the entire process was handled poorly. The day we went to pick the vehicle up, there was very poor communication on their part. We waited over two hours for someone to respond on the phone. And when someone finally answered, they were not worried at all. Just would have expected better customer service even after the received payment for the car. That is the true test of good business practice and this business failed at that.
