Shanan was amazing! She is sweet, kind, and attentive. It was so easy to communicate with her and the end result was exactly what I hoped for! I’m so happy with my haircut and the whole experience. I hadn’t had a haircut in almost two years and I promised her it wouldn’t take that long to come back.

I’m sad to write this review because Shanon was so nice, however I did not get what I asked for at all. I never asked for layers and my example video did not have any. It was a blunt cut with just a few face framing pieces but what I have here looks like stairs. I internally panicked when I saw that a huge chunk of my hair was cut out and I thought well now I have an unwanted layer.
