If you have a business please have a plan. Don’t try to deeply psychological invade the impending customer. I was hit with a barrage of questions before I was even given a chance to given the answer as to why I was calling. I felt like she was feeling me out and then out of the blues she says “I have a waiting list “ strange. Some people have no business serving the general public.

I started going to Sphinx Movement in November and have quickly found the environment, the instructors, and all the classes to be welcoming and engaging. The instructors have all helped me be motivated, strive to do better, and educate me along the way. I 100% would recommend this facility to anyone!

I recently moved to the area and the first thing I did was find a place to do yoga. Sphinx Movement has exceeded my expectations. They offer a variety of yoga classes (flow, restorative etc) as well as other fitness offerings like TRX, kickboxing and personal training. They keep the classes small, and provide individual attention. All of the instructors and the owner/instructor are top notch. They made me feel welcome and always greet me by name. A great place.

Paz and Hillary are great, they are really invested in your well being and the session was great. Would highly recommend anyone going to their establishment.
