They do not pay you on time sometime not at all!!!
Spherion is one of the most unethical staffing companies in the KC area. The Department of Labor and the EEOC is investigating them for holding pay and discriminating. A close friend of mine worked at Farmers through them for a very long time. They would not provide paystubs/ timecards because they knew that they were holding several hours per week for many months. This place is a joke! I interviewed with them and they were the most unprofessional group of people that i have ever met. Glad that they are looking for jobs for professionals when they need to look in the mirror at themselves! WOW, what a disappointment! Call Robert Half International for recruiters...they at least are professional and know that they are too help you find a job.
If you are searching for a job, do not rely on the mergis group to help you. They have a group of highly unprofessional unmotivated individuals working there whom don't have the best interest of the client at hand. I am searching for a job however found that I was the one who had to constantly follow up with them on the status of interviews.
