Steve showed up when promised. Texted ahead of time that he was on his way. Communication was excellent. Took the time to explain how to operate everything. Was very knowledgeable and very fast at getting everything set up. I highly recommend using them.
We were having problems with our Wi-Fi connectivity and scheduled an appointment. Elliott arrived as scheduled and was able to professionally diagnose and resolve our concern. He was also able to clearly explain the needed system adjustments. Nice Job!
Don’t trust this guy. He didn’t complete the work that we had agreed on and paid for.. This was a very simple sound bar job that is now hanging lopsided under my TV with the wires exposed. It was better before Steve came out. He said he would come back, but now he won’t take our calls.
