I recently visited for the first time, browsing for a new pair of glasses. The shop had a great selection to choose from. I’m usually indecisive, luckily Fiona provided her expertise and advice; regarding the shape, fit, size and colour. Which I really appreciated. I then went in for an eye examination with Nell and found him thorough, professional and friendly. He provided great advice, which met my specific needs. Thank you Fiona and Nell for the great service. I love my new pair of glasses!
Seeing Soon Ian / Nell was a good experience for me and my mom . He was very thorough in his examination. He was not trying to quickly sell us new pair of glasses, he did comprehensive assessment, lay out options and outcome of choosing those options and left it for us to decide. We found a nice optometrist that we can rely on. Keep up the good work.
After 15 years of being let down by Specsavers, Oscar Wylee, and Bailey Nelson, SPEX gave me the best optometrist experience in my entire life. I was amazed by the speed of service at SPEX. They examined my eye health and fitted me with new glasses on the spot. Thanks to their on-site lens edging machines, the entire process from exam to fitting took just 30 minutes. The optometrist Nell is very professional and friendly. He patiently talked me through the pro and cons of each treatment option I had, unlike my previous optometrists who rushed through the appointments. I’ve had a great experience with my Ortho K lenses and couldn’t have done it without the help of Nell and Fiona. Will definitely bring my family back!
