I called the Grayslake clinic twice and had some questions regarding my eyeglasses order. The lady I spoke with, same person, told me that she will have the manager, Anthony, will call me back. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. When I purchased my eyeglasses last week, Anthony told me to call if I have questions.
Printy is Fantastic. She took care of me and was so sweet. If you go to this office. Make sure you ask for Printy. The other girls were not helpful at all and were looking at me weird.

The owner should be aware of the staff’s attitude—I didn’t have the pleasure of asking her name—and their ability to correctly write down (or at least copy and paste) the phone number I was calling from to make appt, especially if your system cancels appointments when clients can’t be reached. The lady at the front desk was rude and accused me of not confirming my child’s appointment, even though I had to cancel school and drive 30 minutes, only to find out they had the wrong phone number on file—one that doesn’t even exist.... read more
I never have a bad experience when I go to MyEyeDr in Grayslake. I adore Dr Carla & all the lovely ladies in the office. Always so friendly & helpful. I can’t wait to go back!
