The eye doctor, manager, and other employees were extremely friendly. They got the right glasses that my daughter needed. Anthony Hanahan was especially nice and professional. He has a great sense of humor. He got me and my daughter smiling and laughing. Thank you for making our day happy and special.

I had a very bad experience with some glasses that I bought at this place, they are really heavy, they hurt all the time behind my ears and my nose also bothers me, I already went to get them adjusted twice but they are still quite annoying (RayBan) Regarding the staff, I felt a little confused because the times I went to ask for help they attended to me quickly without giving me more options
I called the Grayslake clinic twice and had some questions regarding my eyeglasses order. The lady I spoke with, same person, told me that she will have the manager, Anthony, will call me back. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. When I purchased my eyeglasses last week, Anthony told me to call if I have questions.
