I've been using this location since it was Spex, absolutely recommended this location to everyone whom would listen. Then they merged into MyEyeDr, it was extremely disappointing since the frame quality decreased and employee s were no longer helpful, educationed or friendly. I moved to Grayslake in 2014 and have been seeing Dr. Carla for the past 12 years. There have been a few appointments that have taken longer than others, however, this past appointment stood out as one of the best over the years. Firstly, Dr. Carla has been the greatest Optometrist I have had - my eyes are not easy to figure out. She is incredibly personable and I wouldn't think about seeing another professional. I had a wonderful experience at this place and I have been wearing glasses since childhood. They are kind and patient and the woman in front, I wish I would have gotten her name again, she was able to find me a pair of frames that were affordable enough that I could also get the progressives and the anti-glare. Thank you so much! I cannot wait to receive my new glasses! And I will be referring all my friends and family as well. Also, ask for Dr. Carla, she is awesome!
