Steven really went out of his way and worked hard on my replacement order since it already past the time limit of 1 yr for replacement for insurance. He somehow pulled the magic, I waited a little longer but gratefully. Thanks Steven and my eye doctor staff at 5407 N Clark location, for your warm hospitality, really needed that after the horrible eye exam experience at 2000 n clyborn, (the black reception woman did the eye exam check before the doctor, is she even qualified to do so? I love going to this shop. The owners are very sweet. The nice lady working there went through so many glasses with me and had so much patience I really appreciated it. I just went in to get a pair of glasses and expected to wait a week or 2 for them to be ready and I was shocked when they were ready for pick up in 30 minutes. I highly recommend trying out their shop.
Dr. Patel was hands down the best eye doctor experience I’ve ever had. She’s kind, patience and extremely thorough and made me feel very comfortable. They also have a really great selection of eye wear. 10/10 would recommend!
