I've bought two pairs of glasses here. I've gotten lackluster service here before but today the service was abysmal. I went in to have my new glasses adjusted, which they said they would do after I'd worn them for a while. The associate argued with me and said some very unprofessional things, things that should never be said to a regular, returning customer. I'm not an argumentative person, just for the record. I just needed a few minor adjustments on my sunglasses and MyEyeDr took care of everything quickly, in a friendly manner, and free of charge. Terrific!
My glasses got stepped on and the frames were terribly bent - the lovely person at this shop fixed them for free! Will be back for my new, sorely needed glasses.
Screening and tests went fine, relatively on time, no complaints there. The glasses salesperson was really nice at the start of the seemingly mandatory session with her, until I said I didn’t want to buy any glasses yet. Then she just went quiet and said I could walk over to the card reader and pay. I paid and had a question about the receipt.
