Dr. Choi was kind and knowledgeable, but the person who checked me out was extremely rude. As I was checking out, the person explained the process of paying to put a hold on contacts. I told her that I needed to trial the contacts Dr. Choi gave me before putting in an order, and that I'd place the order if/when I liked them. She then mumbled something and continued the check out process until she said the total, which was over $1000.
