I’m not sure if the practice is under new management since our favorite doctor retired, but unfortunately, the service and attitude I experienced during my recent visit were extremely disappointing. Amazing absolutely great customer service
Dr Choi is great but the sales people are really bad. I’m going to record them next time so you can see how hard they try to push a sale. Telling you you look good for the more expensive pair and get all pissy short of cussing you out if you don’t purchase a pair. I’ll bring my body cam when I pick up my glasses so I can blast it here, tiktok and instagram. You don’t even have to try to push them, they’re just pissy. Also they will charge you for glasses jnsurance without mentioning it.
Fiendly and quickly adjusted sunglasses for me! Would happily go back
