Bill from Spetz Plumbing did Repair work in my home on both my bathroom, plumbing and my kitchen plumbing. The bathroom plumbing was on a very old toilet with a separated tank and stool that needed not only original parts, but Bill came up with some options that improved on the original parts to repair the toilet system. Discovered a leak in water supply line. Of course it was in a very difficult area to access but Michael was persistent and had the leak repaired in no time. Prearrival communication was great.
I contacted Spetz plumbing three weeks ago to have a gas line installed to the kitchen. I received an immediate response from Elaina and I proceeded to set up the initial service call to have an estimate put together. I was updated every step of the way through email and text, including when the technician would arrive. Since the estimate was in the ballpark (but slightly over what we had budgeted), I decided to go with them because Bill, who came out, appeared to be a straight-shooter and explained the installation process.... read more
