Had my house built in 2018. Sperry Plumbing installed the water heater. As I’m preparing my house to sell right now, the inspections didn’t pass due to the expansion tank being installed so poorly with zero support. It’s hanging from a pipe, no bracket, mount, or any other type of support was installed. Should a professional plumbing company know better? Of course! This company has a great team. The office staff is nice and helpful. They respond quickly and have done great work at my residence multiple times. Only company I use.
I feel quite disrespected after dealing with these people. Wouldn’t recommend.
