Almost no waiting time in lobby , they called me in right away. Assistant at front desk very pleasant and asked me right away if she could help me. Assistant taking my vitals was extremely pleasant, had a smile on her face the whole time, she made me feel like I had known her forever. DR Barnes, of course as usual, was in a great mood, pleasant, explained every move she was going to do and gave a heads up of how much discomfort to expect. The care I received was impeccable, caring, and outstanding communication skills while educatively serving my personal needs was evident!. I would recommend any woman needing GYN care to consider, no go to this unique women run by women facility for women. Hope you find this hidden gem here In El Paso TX
Dr. Barnes and her staff are excellent! They kept me informed about the ongoing plan of care that I needed. They welcomed all of my questions. Dr. Barnes always treated me with dignity and respect. She and her staff were always easily available for any concerns that came up for me.
