Receptionists are not very hospitable. I called them to ask something related to my insurance. The receptionist did not understand or wanted to understand what I asked and shut the phone on my face. She could just ask!
One of the occupational therapists are of no use. I am going to her for more than three months now yet I see no improvement
Worst experience ever at a rehab facility! Nelson, the therapist I was assigned, was rude and offensive, prying into my business. I inform the girl at the desk and she didn't seem to care. I complained and was told they are just following procedures without acknowledging that he was way out of line. I have been going to Tirr Memorial and no therapist spoke to me the way Nelson did.
