I have had a wonderful experience moving here. I work at a retirement home and love the sense of community. I found this place and Dave the property manager is amazing. From showing us the apartments to making me feel so welcome and that this is a good home for me. Everyone who lives here is so welcoming and kind. I highly recommend this place for your home. I appreciate the kindness from Dave which made me choose Spero.
Just moved into the Spero Community in August of 2025. I found the Community to be very welcoming. Dave the Community Manager was very helpful and organized. Dave did an excellent job with all the paperwork and took the time to give me guided tours of the Community. I was able to find a very spacious one bedroom apartment that checked all my boxes. I have recently moved in on May 1st 2025 to a beautiful one bedroom and just love it! The people here are very kind and friendly! The whole building is very well kept and the manager Dave is a kind, caring and very a helpful man! He always keeps everyone in the loop with what’s going on through text messages! Wonderful place!
SPERO is the best place! We visited my aunt there and had a great BBQ! There is always something fun going on from cards, activities, and even a happy hour weekly! The living spaces are fantastic with plenty of room. Come check it out, DEFINITELY a 5 out of 5!!!
My friend has lived at Spero for five years and is very happy there! I enjoy visiting her there because it’s a very nice well run place! Dave is great and always very friendly and helpful!
