Spero is a warm, cozy and peaceful place to call home. I’m grateful for the independence yet community as well.
Management of property is currently excellent! More protective parking is a big need, plus some type of food service in the currently vacant facility kitchen area. Regards GC
I like living at Spero Lakeville. I’ve been here since it opened, five years and have no plans to move. I have everything I need.
My husband Paul and I have lived at Spero since January of this year, and we are so happy we decided to move here. After living in our home in Farmington for over 30 years, and checking out many 55+ Independent places in Dakota County we picked Spero. It's not a huge facility which is what we love about it.
