Wish I could truly give them no stars. I do everything they ask and still go 5 days without medicine. They do not care about you. I’ve been clean for a good while and they still have me go weekly. Been going for years. They use to be awesome. Now they seem to not care what happens to you. Don’t go here.
They won’t work with you, they definitely don’t care about you. They will let you go sick when you’ve done everything they’ve asked. Don’t go here. Worst treatment center I’ve ever been.
It will never shock me that treatment facilities can't keep staff, but the fact that there's always something wrong with my partners upcoming appointments or somehow they've lost another NP capable and certified of supplying sublocade has to be acknowledged for the failure that it is. The amount of handholding you have to do with the staff to ensure you get the treatment you're there for is laughable.
