Spero Health helped me when I was struggling to stay away from alcohol. They provided me with the tools I needed to stay clean and sober. Tools that included support through group meetings, sessions with wonderful counselors who taught me vital coping skills, knowledge about alcoholism and substance abuse, and provided me with the appropriate resources to make sure my children and I had the things we needed, and even helped with setting up a primary care doctor, eye doctor and dentist. I give them 2 stars, not because the people aren't caring and easy to talk to. They get 2 stars because they are constantly screwing up appointment times, group times (I do mine over zoom), and, unless they changed it, they don't have a way to leave a voice message if you call and no one is there
Had a appointment scheduled at this place today @ 2:30 pm via video call and no one every called. This appointment was scheduled through Community service board by them and myself. Tried calling them waiting on phone for 10mins to leave a message. What a joke, this is peoples lives you could at least honer a call. I'll get help from place that can at least keep there appointments.
