The doctor Kali Tichenor is short and rude not allowing you to speak or give you anytime at all. They haven't drug screened me in WAY over 6 months - since the program closed it's doors to the public - but somehow now that I have a grievance they are sending a drug test kit to my house. Very sad to see this clinic close. Very good people worked there and helped me tremendously, honestly don't know where I'd be today without their support and guidance. Especially from Rick and Amber!! Still have help from them via zoom and spero app they're flexible and have caring doctors who treat the patients like people. I have been seeing Kali and she's a doll! I would have given more stars but my clinic closed and now I have to use an app called Spero Anywhere ... And the people on there are all very inconsistent and keep switching my appointments and making me confused about my treatment plan I don't know what to do and how to move forward in my treatment without actual consistency and help from people. My doctor is great. And there were some pretty amazing people at the clinic. I was very sad to see it close.
I had originally put a 5 star review 8 months ago but in that time the facility has changed and the people there. I had to switch providers because they show no consistency or consideration. All they care about is the money and will bill your insurance for services you don’t even use. I never once had the same nurse or Dr. if you truly want to get clean and sober use a different provider. I have been off and on Suboxone for many years. I would always have to count my prescription if I were to go out of town for work to make sure I would have enough before my next appointment. After doing research and talking to many experts I have recently decided to get the Sublocade shot and everyday I am grateful for that decision.
