Staff is Awesome
I have been with this group since the offices in Hilliard and Columbus. The ladies in this office are so incredible, professional and kind! They go out of their way to help in absolutely any way they can! They genuinely care and want to know just how you are doing good or bad. I wouldn’t trust my recovery in any other offices hands. I will be forever thankful for all they have done for me. UPDATE: still with Spero and I can not say enough great things about them!
I called yesterday over four times and waited in line and as soon as I got to the number one position it would hang up on me. Every single time. I left a voicemail and I did not get a return call until the very next day 1:15 p.m. . That's something that really needs to be addressed due to the type of program that they are. They should also look into offering an OTP program because some people cannot use the medication that they offer due to sensitivities with the medication..
All of the staff will go completely out of their way to help you with whatever they're patients need. They are so caring and considerate and I would choose no other place to go , but this location!!
The staff at this clinic are amazing. I'm so eternally grateful to them. They are professionals at what they do and work great as a team. They don't just see you as a number or a patient but treat you like a dear friend or family member. They will put in 60% if you put in 40%. They are definitely here to help and make a difference in your life. Anyone who can't achieve sobriety isn't trying. Being truthful is the key.
