I called on April 13 to make an appointment and they require a debit card to keep on file. Once I realized it was a suboxone clinic I told them I wasn’t interested because I go to R.B.I. WELLNESS. I never seen anyone nor went to a visit. I received no services from spero and on may 29 they charged my debit card $190 and charged my insurance. For no services. This is a the most dishonest crooked drs office. They never told me they were gonna charge me anything and why wait a month and a half to charge someone. Never received ... read more
Amazing staff that actually cares about and supports your recovery!! You’ll have no issue if you're someone who follows the rules and cares about your own recovery and respects others around you:)
I normally don't like posting neg reviews, but I heard the receptionist speak to my partner in a rude tone when he called and asked why they took $300 off of his bank card especially since he didn't even go to his appointment. She told him that they could take whatever they felt appropriate. Which is wrong IMO.
