When the Woodstock office was open they were amazing. But then they shut down and we have to go through zoom and get sent tests through the mail to mail then back. Their mailbox is full and no one answers yet they set meetings at 8an and didn't open until 8:30?!? They constantly have SOMEONE calling off so they reschedule yet are hard up if you don't get to a meeting. One of the biggest switch ups from a great place to horrible. We miss Tori and Joan and Dr Kling. BRING THEM BACK!!!
martinsville location receptionist 'Rose' 1pm Jan.14 phone call needs to be pulled & action taken for disrespect interrupting & screaming at me because she is incompetent at her job very unprofessional has had men sitting with her behind the desk carrying on like high school lovers at the lunch table i am currently trying to find a way to get in touch with upper management her services are unacceptable
They saved my life in 2021. I went to 5 rehabs in Richmond multiple times and had 13 overdoses since 2012.
