I have been a patient of the Sperling for many years and they are by far the best doctors I’ve ever had! The staff is also phenomenal!
I was looking for a new general practitioner and this office just added a nurse practitioner. I called on Wednesday at 12 o’clock and was able to be seen about an hour later. Sharon was friendly, helpful, and thorough. She called me the next day to follow up. Highly recommend!!
Sharon, the new NP, was unresponsive to a message for 4 days, and then was rude on the phone. Never had an issue with Doctor Sperling, he is always pleasant and helpful, but Sharon will be unresponsive and then follow it up with zero accountability. To follow up: Sharon stated on the phone it was “common sense” to return to pharmacy. She was wrong. Pharmacist directed me to the product site for a replacement. Thank you for your attention to this.
Been with both Michael and Howard Sperling for many years now. Greatest duo.
