They were and are an incredible help in greatly reducing my stress with my debt load. Stay away. Scam. I contacted Spergel by phone/text looking for guidance, but the experience was disappointing. The representative was rude and the replies felt scripted. Toward the end, the focus shifted almost entirely to the value of my RRSP rather than explaining options or next steps. I left feeling dismissed, not helped.
