Do not file with Spergel. I filed a Consumer Proposal back on September 2024, and have barely heard from them since. They took $1125 for the service payments and now refused to talk to me after there was an issue with one of the creditors. I've reached out many times to multiple different people over the past year and a half and have heard nothing in response. If there's an issue with your proposal, they won't explain it. They won't work with you to get a solution. They will just ignore you after taking your money. Scam.
