Review only on the frustrating process of setting up a project with Home Depot and Sperduto. I went to Home Depot (Bridgewater) for a small bath project (installation of vanity, sink, and replacement of a shutoff valve). HD had this promotion-2 replacement items for $230 and $99 for any extra work. HD subcontracted the work to Sperduto, but first, Sperduto sent out a guy for a measurement. This required a $60 deposit at HD. Review continued...
My first appointment was cancelled because the guy had a cold. (I called Sperduto before I found out my appointment was cancelled.) My second appointment was rescheduled for the following week. He took 15 minutes to assess my project and quoted the project for $400. I explained to him about the HD promotion, and he stated that Sperduto did not participate in the $230 replacement promotion.
