average dining experience prompt service – Average dining experience. Food was okay but service is prompt and attentive. Our waiter was great he seems a little bit rush but prompt. I thought my food was kind of bland. The portions are just right not too small or too much. I do recommend their creme brulee. Nice atmosphere but was not really blown away.
Amazing happy hour food prices! Delicious! – McCormick's has quickly become my favorite happy hour spot on the Eastside because of their cheap and delicious food. There are no beer/alcohol specials, but the cheap food prices more than make up for it. The fish tacos here are by far the best I've ever had. Fresh, yummy seafood; awesome specials – I've been to McCormick's probably 5 times now! It is really delicious. I prefer the one at Southpark mall, to the one in uptown, but that's just my preference. They have great happy hour specials-- drinks are affordable, and you can get a meal for a couple bucks; definitely worth it! I don't know why I avoided this place! – I don't know why....maybe because EVERYONE said it was great...maybe because it's been around since before time....but I never went to Jake's. Not recommended!!! Inattentive service!! Poor management!! – I love eating at restaurants, typically ones that are hospitable and upper causal. I don?t mind spending money for my entrees, but I have my limits! We had reservations for this restaurant at 7:30 on Friday night for 6 people.
