WOW! – The food was fab....the service was fab... we had to wait just a few minutes... but the place was packed all night... I loved that they don't rush you out... we were there for 2.5 hours.. having a wonderful experience... there were four of us... we all ordered something different and tasted each others.. we had a couple of bottles of great wine. Some of the Best Filet Mignon in Columbus – Company Christmas party on a busy Friday night, and the food was still very well timed and perfectly prepared, and the service was impeccable. Very nice selection of seasoning for the steak.
Perfect spot for a romantic dinner – This M&S is located in Lincoln Square in Bellevue. Yes, it's a chain, but what really sets the Bellevue location apart are their private, curtained booths. We were able to get one without a special reservation at 8 on a Saturday night. They are tables for 4, but are perfect for a private dinner with your sweetie. It felt like we were on our own private little island in the middle of all the holiday-mall-bustle. Oh yeah, and the food and martinis were darn good, too!
November 2008-Excellent fish entrees and prompt service – Thanksgiving Day 2008 noon lunch. Our waiter arrived immediately and he was well-informed and courteous. Lunch arrived soon after we ordered. The food was hot and well prepared. It was a pleasant experience. Good window table looking out on West Fourth Street. The fish we had was fresh ---excellent flavor with imaginative preparation, tasty sauces and colorful garnish. Bread, steamed asparagus and rice were very good. We will return.
Overpriced - Overcooked – It's not a restaurant that I would have ever chosen because I don't like high priced restaurants, but I got a gift certificate from my boss so I took my mother for her birthday. I asked for a window seat when I made my reservation and mentioned that it was my mothers birtday but there was no mention of it while we dined. To the people a couple posts below – If you are looking for a good place to eat 'crawfish' perhaps one of the top fine-dining places in Portland isn't the best place to go. If you would have done a little more research Im sure you could have found something a little more, um, 'appealing' to your style. Jake's Crawfish is one of the nation's top seafood restaurants, not a burger shack.. PS- check your grammar ya'll.
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere – We had reservations for 2 on Christmas Eve, 2007, and were promptly seated upon arrival. The restaurant was packed to capacity, but our server was attentive - touching base often enough without hovering - and gave us excellent guidance in food selection. Better Than Expected – I stumbled into McCormicks by accident and really didn't expect very much, but the food is excellent, the tables are comfortable, the service was great and the price was fair. I really liked their blackened swordfish, which is really fresh with a great flavor. All of their shellfish is great and in a good sauce or broth. Terrible food and service at exorbitant prices – I had selected this restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. We live in Fremont but decied to go all the way to San Jose to try out a place we had never visited before. When making reservations the person asked me if this was going to be a special event , and I did tell him the occasion that we were celebrating. The reservations were for 6 people for 7pm.
