I’ve been loving SPENGA for years now. And most recently, when I needed months to recover from a rotator cuff repair, they put my unlimited membership on hold till I was ready to come back…which was TODAY! It felt so good to workout there again, and felt protected in their attention to my need to modify actions due to my recovery. Fantastic people, activities, and business!
I love being able to carve time out for Spenga! The instructors challenge me in different ways each time and I feel so accomplished after a session!

I absolutely love SPENGA! Great workouts for all! Such a great community and the BEST trainers! If you are hesitant about trying a class this is your sign to just do it. I have been a member for a year now and I am so thankful I found SPENGA!
I have been working out at SPENGA Wheat Ridge for almost two years. I’ve always loved spin classes but this adds strength and yoga as well - the perfect recipe whipped up by the most amazing trainers/instructors! I love the group setting, it makes it fun and the variety makes the hour workouts fly by. I can’t recommend SPENGA enough, the staff is friendly and personable, they have created a sense of community, and the structured workouts are different each day which is what I need to keep me engaged.
