this was such a good experience and Nicole/Serena were great instructors!! We will not stop going to Spenga!! BEST WORKOUT CLASS EVER!!
I literally cannot get enough of this place! When I first signed up I wasn't sure if I'd stick with it because I've never been a big gym person so I bought the 8 sessions a month and then I RAN OUT of sessions way before the month was up! I love it so much, I just kept coming back! All the instructors are super kind and encouraging and they encourage you to push yourself but listen to your body. I love that I can just turn off my brain and go with the flow and get a great workout at the same time! 100% recommend
I have been coming to SPENGA since June of 2021, and the experience has been AWESOME from day 1. They have become family; always encouraging, motivating, and super friendly! I absolutely love the team here #spengabaybrook
It’s been the best life changing work out experience for me over the past year 1/2! Cardio, Endurance, Strength and Stretch. The instructors are motivating, fun and push you to become a better YOU! Love my SPENGA family!
