SPENGA is by far the best workout facility I’ve ever been too. I’m always challenged even when I’m not 100 percent. The staff is always friendly and I enjoy its structure. I especially love the stretching/yoga at the end because it’s so important to an old guy like me.

Such a cool concept! I tried Spenga today and loved it. We started with 20 mins of spin, then 20 mins of strength training and finished with 20 mins of yoga. The team was so welcoming, it really makes a difference when you’re trying something new. We didn’t need spin shoes which surprised me, but worked great. Impressed that the trainer led us through 3 full workouts! Lots of class time and options, so I’ll definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our SPENGA experience! The team was incredible, knowledgeable and you could tell they really enjoy what they’re doing. The instructors were amazing too, and the place is so clean! The SPENGA scent is a real thing, lol. So far we’ve done spin, strength and yoga and enjoyed each one.

When visiting in Florida, I scheduled several classes at Spenga, Vero Beach. I am a Spenga member in my local area in Pennsylvania. I love the format of the workout—spin, strength and yoga. Cam was a great instructor and the facility is very clean and neat! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I had a great workout and highly recommend Spenga!

I can't say enough great things about Spenga! I'm always greeted with a smile and encouraged by a friendly face throughout every workout. As a busy mom of 4, Spenga has been the perfect workout for me-one hour leaves me feeling stronger, healthier, and more flexible.
