I’ve been away for 5 months and it felt great to get back to this wonderful balanced workout. The staff has such a genuine welcoming positive spirit. The workouts are great with many options for your own level. I turned 68 last week and I know with consistency at SPENGA I will have more endurance become stronger with more flexibility and balance. Love it!

SPENGA was one of the best choices I’ve made for my health! The staff was incredibly friendly and always available to help, which made starting my fitness journey much less intimidating, extremely clean and pristine!
The staff, the studio, the WERKout, are all exceptional. All of the instructors are wonderful, and are always willing to help when there’s a need. The 60 minute workout goes by very fast. I especially love how friendly the members are. It’s a great community that I’m happy to be a part of.
