My 1st SPENGA class was awesome!! Instructor Mary's energy is contagious. It was challenging & satisfying. I left feeling like I got a great workout. The streching time was so relaxing. I highly recommend & it smells amazing
Just finished my trial class and loved it so much I signed up on the spot! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the instructors are absolutely amazing. I can’t recommend Spenga enough!
