Classes are fun and never boring plus it’s always a great workout! Best part of Spenga is the people. It always feels like family and I look forward to my sessions.

Spenga is Wonderfu!! Every hour long session is unique. With 20 minutes each of spin, strength training and then yoga, you accomplish a workout that transforms you physically, and mentally! The music is always fun, as are the people. I love it!!
SPENGA is so amazing!! They are so welcoming and it is more of a family than a gym. The workout is challenging and pushes me every time. I couldn’t recommend a better gym
