I was a bit hesitant at first because I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this is truly an excellent workout. Nikki and Claire have some great energy and I highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants a good sweat. I’ll definitely be back!
I absolutely love this workout!!!! Everyone should definitely try it out.
Be careful read the entire contract before signing anything. The employees will lie to get you to sign up and when you want to cancel it is difficult to get out. I hate I signed up for this membership and do not recommend this place at all. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!!!!! 4/25- I am still dealing with the same problem 2 months later. I would typically skip cardio or flexibility/ yoga but I feel amazing when I do a full SPENGA session including spin, HIIT and yoga.
