Love all the instructors Recently had a bad experience I was few minutes late and the general manager didn’t let me in told me to wait for couple of minutes because it’s dark in the spin room. And then told me you can’t go inside until the entire spin session is over. She wasn’t rude but not friendly. What management needs to take in consideration is there is traffic in the morning. Customers pay money for these classes it’s not free. There are plenty of other gym options in the area with better customer service 👍
Great classes and nice community. Instructors are motivating and helpful. Love the 20/20/20 format.
